Olympic Weight Lifter - Mehmet Yagci - promotes the Drug-Free Ambassador Program at the Athena School in Balmain.

Australian Commonwealth Games Gold medallist and Sydney 2000 Olympian, Mehmet Yagci, joined the Drug-Free Ambassadors in promoting the Drug Free message in time for the Bay Walk Against Drugs. Mehmet came to the school to promote to the kids to SAY NO TO DRUGS. It was very well received and he answered a lot of questions about how he trained without any drugs and how well he has done. He also made the pledge himself to be a Drug-Free Ambassador, as the entire school has done and he will pass on the message to the kids wherever he goes.
